A little about Delivery & set up.

Generally a Craftycakehole wedding cake will need to be delivered and set up by the Craftycakehole team. There is a small charge for this service to cover time and mileage. Within a 20 miles (round trip) of our HQ in TR8 4QA the delivery and set up fee is £15.

Delivery & set up charges for the rest of Cornwall are available on request.

 

When we're delivering your cake we'll liaise with the banqueting team at your venue regarding timings and set up so will require their details in good time to make contact and the necessary arrangements.

Smaller wedding cakes may be suitable for collection from our North Cornwall base however this is with the understanding that the cake is your responsibility once it has left our premises and we will not be responsible for any damage to the cake that occurs after it has left our studio.

In very rare circumstances extreme weather conditions such as snow or floods may make it impossible to deliver your cake due to travel conditions or your venue becoming inaccessible. Though this is rare and unlikely we recommend that you purchase wedding insurance to cover yourselves for the effect of this eventuality on your whole wedding.

Celebration cakes are generally collected from Craftycakehole in St Columb Major Cornwall at an agreed time. Ocasionally if the cake requires a detailed set-up delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
